Year–Round Program (Spring & Fall Semesters)

Enrolled students ages 17-23 receive up to 22 hours of training per week, including in-depth instruction in Classical Ballet, Modern, Pointe, Improvisation, and Choreographic Composition, as well as studio time working with accomplished choreographers on new and existing works. Each semester concludes with a showcase performance open to the public.
Additional opportunities to develop and perform new work (ie. outside of regular hours), with the S.F. Conservatory of Dance Performance Company, will be offered periodically to students selected by rotating choreographers.
The Fall 2008 semester will run from September 7 through December 18. (For information about the summer program see Summer Intensives.)
Acceptance is based on audition, either in-person or videotaped (see videotape audition requirements).
